Where can I see all of my orders?

For those who have logged in:
Go to your profile name on the upper right corner of the screen then choose Purchase History.
For users who weren't logged in:
Click the profile icon on the upper right and provide the required information when logging in.
When you successfully accessed the ML Shop Store, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Purchase History.
